Summary from Goodreads:Wilbur Walrus won’t go to the dentist even though one of his tusks hurts.
Hones’ Review: Initially my children and I thought this book was about losing a tooth. But we were pleasantly surprised when we read about Wilbur Walrus and his sore tooth. Wilbur needs to see the dentist but is afraid. But he learns from his Grandpa the importance of seeing the dentist. This is a great book to encourage children to visit the dentist and to take care of their teeth.
I recommend this book for ages 3-8.
About the Author: Jane Clarke was born in Kettering, England and thought she might be an explorer or an acrobat when she grew up. She didn’t even like writing in school. Jane has been an archeologist, a history teacher, a library assistant and now is a full-time children’s writer – which is the best job yet!
