Product Description from Amazon: Luisa sets off for a party and stops at Max’s house. Max’s sister, Sam, claims she knows where the party is. More friends join them. Everyone is confused about the directions to the party—everyone but Sam. Is it on Maple Street or Maple Road? Sam knows because she sees the party house while everyone else is busy with the maps.
Mary’s Review: Where is the party? The kids have a map and still can’t find the party but Sam knows where the party is. The problem is no one will listen to her…they have a map. Finally frustrated enough Sam gets their attention and makes them believe she knows where the party is. This is a very cute book that helps the child to learn, is filled with target words in the illustrations and has interactive activities at the back of the book to help the child learn to read and recognize words and with comprehension.
I recommend this book to 5-8 year old children.
