This bright, colorful book with simple text is perfect for teaching toddlers and young children about Jungle animals and the noises they make.
Other books in this series:
Farm Fun.

Mary’s Review: Noises, loud, scary noises. Where are they coming from?  They’re coming from the jungle.  But if you look around, they really aren’t scary.  They belong to Tim the Tiger, Millie the Monkey, Ernie the Elephant and others.  Come along on the safari and meet others and find out what strange noises they make.

My granddaughters loved this book and the wonderful animal illustrations, also by Peter Lawson.
Well done.

I recommend this book for ages 2-6.

About The Author: Peter has been illustrating children’s books for over 25 years. As well as his own styles of illustration, he works for many publishers as a licensed character illustrator, on famous favourites such as Thomas the Tank Engine, Dora the Explorer and Mona the Vampire to name a few. Book Description: Your little one will be ready for Halloween when you read this fun counting rhyme together! Bright, fall colors, cute pumpkins, and rhyming text will keep young readers engaged.

Mary’s Review: I love this little book.  It is educational as well as fun, teaching children to count.  The bright orange colors of the book are eye catching, the pumpkins adorable.  My two year old granddaughter loved the rhyming-singsong of the verses and I read it to her four times before she let me read her something else.
I recommend this to children 2-5.

About The Author: Cindy Bracken is a former Kindergarten teacher and elementary school librarian who worked with children for many years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, and a master’s degree in library information science.

Cindy is the mother of two beautiful daughters, who provide the inspiration for her books
